WeGoal, by Lokko Labs LLC (the "Service Provider"). Effective 29 September 2026.
These terms apply to the WeGoal app for iPhone and its related services (the "Application"). By downloading or using the Application you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
The Application helps you keep records of your GLP-1 medicine, weight, food and side effects. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it does not calculate, recommend or change doses. Medicine-level charts are estimates from the doses you log and published half-lives, not measurements. Food values from photos and typed meals are estimates. Always follow your prescriber, and talk to your doctor before you change your medicine, diet or exercise. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Full access requires a subscription, sold through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase or, if a free trial is offered, when the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel in your iPhone's Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple. Prices are shown in the Application before you buy.
Subject to these terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on devices you own or control, for personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Application, except where the law allows it.
The Service Provider keeps all rights in the Application, including its code, design, name, logos and branding. These terms give you no right to use them.
You must be at least 13 to use the Application. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and accept these terms for you.
If you post an idea or comment on the in-app board, do not post anything illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, deceptive, spam, or anyone else's personal data. The Service Provider may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend accounts that repeatedly do. By posting, you grant the Service Provider a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your idea to improve the Application. To report content, email support@lokkolabs.xyz.
With your permission, the Application uses AI to identify foods in photos and typed meals and to read nutrition labels. Results can be wrong; check and correct them before you save.
The Application uses Google Firebase, OpenAI, RevenueCat and Open Food Facts, which have their own terms. Some features need an internet connection; your mobile carrier's data charges apply.
The Service Provider may update, change or stop the Application at any time, and older versions may stop working. You should install updates when they are offered.
The Service Provider may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, after written notice and 14 days to fix the breach where it can be fixed, or immediately for illegal use or harm to others. On termination your license ends and you must delete the Application.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost data or lost profits. The Service Provider's total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the Application in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the Service Provider is established, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
Updated terms are posted here with a new effective date. Earlier versions are available on request.
